If you haven’t worked with us before, you may not know that along with our performers, we send a manager to every event. PEP Managers are there to escort our performers for a variety of reasons, all of which help make your event totally stress-free (at least when it comes to the entertainment!)

Reason #1: Keeping Everyone Safe

At events, you’re often dealing a variety of humans. From rowdy kids to those who may have had a little too much to drink, having a liaison between our performers and your guests can help ensure safety for all. For example, if a crowd and/or line forms around the entertainers, our manager can help manage this and direct crowd flow. We train our managers to properly communicate in a way that protects everyone involved. In the case of costume malfunctions or safety hazards for our performers, they help address that by taking proactive measures and addressing in the moment as needed.

Reason #2: Keeping Your Event Flowing

Our managers keep the party flowing by encouraging interaction with our performers and stepping in to take group photos so that everyone can join the fun! Plus, PEP managers come from an entertainment background themselves so not only will they encourage guests to enjoy the entertainment, they’ll do it with pizzazz and charisma for a truly immersive entertainment experience.


If a live show is involved, such as our dancers putting on a performance, our managers have backstage responsibilities to help ensure this performance is set up for success. Such as ensuring the music is ready to be played, and cueing the dancers when to enter the stage!
