Isabel Power
Owner & Creative Director
Originally from Vero Beach, FL, Isabel now calls Orlando home! After a decade performing around the globe, in 2016 she returned to Florida with a goal. This goal was to utilize her experience & expertise to deliver world-class entertainment to Florida audiences. Hence, Power Entertainment Productions was born!
Isabel's professional credits includes dancing on board Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, gracing the stage as a showgirl in Las Vegas, and performing in televised events alongside well-known artists such as Jason Derulo & Gavin DeGraw. Prior to her professional career, she had extensive training at Boston Ballet, Miami City Ballet, and top studios in NYC and Paris. Isabel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance Performance from Point Park University and a Master of Science in Management from the College of Business at UCF. *Learn more about Isabel in this article.* In spring of 2025, Isabel was honored by UCF at their Business Hall of Fame. She received the Notable Knight Award, which recognizes alumni who display excellence in their careers.

ANNA LEFLORE
Anna is a California native who pursued her passion for the performing arts and interactive entertainment across the country. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama Performance from the University of Oklahoma and has worked in entertainment at Walt Disney World and SeaWorld, holding positions such as actor and trainer (training other performers).
Anna constantly challenges herself to explore all varieties of performance, which has lead her to teaching theatre in Italy, being crowned Miss Pin-Up Oklahoma, and appearing on the WWE Network. *Learn more about Anna in this article.*
In her spare time, Anna enjoys playing trombone in a community orchestra and spoiling her rescue dogs, Stella & Peggy Sue.

STARR NEEDRE
One of Starr's first professional positions was performing at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, in her home state of Virginia. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College in New York City, and her career has taken her all over the world. She has performed with Princess Cruises on the high seas, Legends in Concert in Branson, Missouri, & locally at SeaWorld Orlando and Legoland in Winter Haven.
In addition to working onstage, Starr has held many roles behind the scenes. She's served as dance captain for various productions, choreographed for The Florida Aquarium, Theatre West End, & Capone’s Dinner and Show, and stage managed and directed at Legoland Florida Resort. *Learn more about Starr in this article.*
Starr loves traveling and spending her free time with her wonderful husband and adorable dog.

DARREN SMITH
Darren Smith is originally from Rocky Mount, Virginia. He attended Ferrum College where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Studies.
Darren has showcased his talents, including acting, hosting, and stilt walking, in Florida and across the nation. His professional experience includes working at destination theme parks such as Walt Disney World, as well as performing as an ensemble member with SAK Comedy Lab in downtown Orlando. Darren brings his variety of expertise to PEP (Power Entertainment Productions), and you can catch him both performing and directing at events. Currently, Darren is pursuing an MS in Project Management. *Learn more about Darren in this article.*
Darren enjoys practicing martial arts, learning about and collecting watches, playing video games, and traveling.

JULIANNA FURLANO
Originally from right outside of Chicago, Julianna grew up competing in dance throughout the Midwest and performing in local musicals. She remained in Illinois for university - she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Sociology from Augustana College.
Her professional performance experience began with dancing for the Deckmate Dance Team in Illinois. Then, she relocated to Orlando where she has held entertainment roles at iconic Orlando theme parks, such as Disney World. Julianna also brings over a decade of experience teaching and choreographing at dance studios around the country. Her well-rounded education and experience has provided her with a tool box of skills to tackle any situation. Julianna is always ready for whatever may happen at a moments notice - and anything can happen when it comes to live entertainment! *Learn more about Julianna in this article.*
Julianna enjoys reading, traveling, and seeing as many Broadway shows as possible (sometimes at Dr. Phillips Center, sometimes in NYC itself!)

BRADFORD SCOTT
Bradford hails from North Kansas City, Missouri. He attended Missouri Valley College in Marshall, Missouri and received a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre in 2013. Upon graduation, he headed to Orlando with "$200, a suitcase, and a dream." Since then, he has performed at Central Florida's destination theme parks, including Disney, SeaWorld, Legoland, and Busch Gardens.
Bradford also was on the entertainment team of the popular Nickelodeon Hotel and spent a summer performing at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. Bradford is currently an entertainment coordinator at Give Kids the World Village. *Learn more about Bradford in this article.*
When he’s not performing, Bradford loves perfecting his craft and spending quality time with his dog.
