3 Ways Our Performers Spook-ify a Halloween Event

As long-time entertainment professionals, our Orlando based team has always treasured all things creative—costumes, characters, performances, themes—it’s why we got into this business in the first place. While our profession involves immersing ourselves in creativity year-round, oftentimes people bottle up that imaginative spirit and save it for their favorite holiday… Halloween! There’s something so special about this time of year. At events, guests arrive full costumed and ready to play, wholeheartedly committed to the magic of the moment. And us? Our job is to take it even further — elevating the atmosphere, embodying the theme, and ensuring every guest feels engaged!

Here are three of our favorite ways our performers “spook-ify” a Halloween event:

#1: Greet Guests with a Ghastly (or Glamorous) Welcome

First impressions set the tone for the night—and our Halloween performers know how to make one! Picture walking into an event at a hotel, and there’s an undead concierge in an Old Hollywood–style uniform and ghastly makeup welcoming you in. Or maybe the occasion calls for a little more “trick” than “treat,” so a zombie grave digger pops out of nowhere, creating a surprising “boo!” moment that sends guests jumping (and laughing) as they enter. Whether it’s a sophisticatedly adults-only soirée, or a family-friendly Halloween bash, our actors bring character and atmosphere right from the start.

#2: Mingle & Mesmerize

Once guests are inside, our interactive characters keep the energy alive and the theme consistent throughout the event. What could be more mesmerizing than a glamorous vampire couple dressed to the nines in classic ball attire? They roam the room mingling with guests, posing for photos, telling thrilling stories, encouraging participation in themed activities, and—if desired—grabbing a microphone to perform a short scene or lead a game.
