#1: Themed Greeter/Actor (instead of the traditional seating chart!)

Just imagine..... your loved ones are arriving in style to your cocktail hour or reception, and they're excited for the evening ahead! Instead of a traditional posted seating chart, our performer(s) can engage with each guest one-on-one and provide them their table number! For example, at this Bella Collina wedding, the client wanted a convivial Maitre d' to welcome guests and then once all guests had arrived, to mingle/interact (and provide their seating assignment)!

PRO Tip: Customize the performer to your wedding's theme/vibe! If you peruse our Actor page, you can see some other examples of characters we've brought to life.

#2: Living Tables (for welcome drinks and/or champagne toast!)

Champagne is always a good idea! Whether it's for welcome drinks or for the toasts happening around speech time, our Living Tables can stroll around (as they're on wheels) and pass out bubbly to your guests. They also make a memorable photo-up! Learn more about our Living Tables at this page.

You can also affix place-cards to drinks on the Living Table, as pictured below:

#3: Dance Instruction

This is especially well-suited for themed weddings, such as Great Gatsby/Speakeasy/Roaring 20s! Your guests will definitely enjoy embodying the era through dance! Our Flapper will lead them through classic moves, such as the Charleston. This experience is for all guests of ALL dance levels. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a novice or a pro, it’s purely about having fun! (If you wedding does not have a theme, then we recommend our high-energy Party Motivators!)
