We love ALL our work! Buuuut, if we had to select some of our favorite costume looks we've brought to life, they would be the below...
1: Harlequin Dolls
If you’re familiar with the timeless holiday classic – the Nutcracker ballet – then you’ve seen a Harlequin character before! In the ballet, they are one of Dr. Drosselmeyer's magical toys that come to life. The character is rooted in the Italian commedia dell'arte, and they bring a traditional, mischievous, yet elegant, persona to the holiday production. Harlequin are characterized as jester-like dolls from the party scene, known for quick, precise, and sparkling movements, often performed in pairs. Their costumes are typically a distinct diamond or checkered pattern, often in contrasting colors. These performers blend classic mime elegance with theatrical charm.
2: Bellhops
The name bellhop is derived from a hotel's front-desk clerk ringing a bell to summon a porter, who would hop to attention at the desk to receive instructions. It is short for bell-hopper, and the word's first known use was in 1897!
We have also provided our bellhop look for Halloween events, hence the creepy makeup pictured below!
3: Queen of Hearts
What would a trip to Wonderland be without the presence of this diva!?
4: Golden Gatsby
Our dancers were dripping in gold... just like the decor! The couple getting married at this wedding wanted everything in gold, and we LOVED bringing their vision to life! The venue was the one-of-a-kind World Equestrian Center in Ocala. Check out more photos and video from this event at this blog article.
